Managed the communications team to tell the story of one of San Francisco’s oldest and largest social service organizations. Conceptualized and executed integrated content marketing strategy, including newsletters, social media, paid advertising, earned media, fundraising campaigns, and event collateral.

Led two digital-only fundraisers, meeting and exceeding goals to bring in over $300K.

Led a comprehensive website redesign: managed $100K budget, completed content overhaul, managed relationships with external creative agency and internal stakeholders, and designed new features, including a blog, press page, and templates for more impactful storytelling.

Launched a series of digital stories highlighting St. Anthony’s drug rehabilitation center for National Recovery Month, resulting in the highest rate of social media engagement in a single month.

Implemented a Zendesk ticketing system for the communications team to streamline requests from internal partners.
