Documentary-makers often don’t know the full story behind archival footage. When American Experience saw the tape of a young man marching after Dr. King was assassinated, we wanted to know more. To solve the mystery of his identity, we turned to Facebook. One post began a journey that took our team back to Memphis to meet the family of Phil Anthony Hart.
